What do police, the military, security, safety, and sales have to do with each other?
Even if you don’t think you are in sales, you are always selling.
In this series, I speak with Zack Knight who has done many ‘non-sales’ roles, yet we speak about how success in those roles require the ability to persuade.
We also discuss what it looks like when you fail to ‘close the sale’ in various industries.
Zack is currently an Infantry Lieutenant and platoon leader in the United States Army Georgia National Guard. His time spent in the Army has involved extensive training in risk assessment and mitigation techniques that have been proven in the most intense environments. Prior to joining the Army, Zack spent seven years serving as a police officer in the Smyrna community where he grew up. Zack founded Knight Protection Services as a way to truly protect and serve, by providing solutions that deter crimes and prevent citizens from victimization. He also started Be a Tactical Leader and the Tactical Leadership Podcast in an effort to share lessons in business and leadership after years of experience. My goal in the next year is to publish a book detailing these experiences titled “The Legacy of Leadership”.
